Payment Methods and Subscription Checkout
Chatly supports multiple secure payment methods to make subscription management flexible and straightforward. This guide explains how to access the checkout page, subscribe to a plan, and pay using your preferred option.
Accessing the Checkout Page
To subscribe to a Chatly plan:
Log in to your account.
From the dashboard, go to Pricing Plans.
Review available subscriptions and select the plan that fits your needs.
Click Subscribe.
You will be redirected to the checkout page, where all available payment methods are displayed.

Supported Payment Methods
1. Credit and Debit Cards
Accepted cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.
Transactions are processed through an encrypted gateway that complies with industry-standard security protocols.
No card information is stored on Chatly servers.
2. Cash App Pay
Select Cash App Pay at checkout.
A unique QR code will be generated.
Open your Cash App, scan the QR code, and confirm the payment.
Transactions are completed instantly.
3. Amazon Pay
Choose Amazon Pay at checkout.
You will be redirected to Amazon to log in with your Amazon account.
Confirm the payment details and authorize the transaction.
Once completed, you will return to Chatly automatically.
4. U.S. Bank Account
Pay Automatically via U.S. Bank
At checkout, select Pay with a U.S. Bank Account.
Search for your bank from the dropdown or select it directly.
You will be redirected to your bank’s website to log in and authorize the payment.
Funds are transferred securely without requiring a credit card.
Pay Manually via U.S. Bank
If your bank is not listed, select the Manual Entry option.
Enter your banking details (account number, routing number, etc.) manually.
Allow 1–2 business days for verification.
⚠️ Manual entry requires additional verification time. Payments will not be processed until bank details are confirmed.
Troubleshooting Payment Issues
Card Declined
Confirm your card supports online and international transactions.
Try an alternative card if issues persist.
Link Payment Not Processing
Make sure the payment link is used before expiration.
Contact your bank if authorization is being blocked.
Failed Payment
Double-check billing details.
Ensure a stable internet connection.
Verify that your card or bank account has no restrictions.
Security and Privacy
Encryption: All payment transactions are encrypted and processed via certified gateways.
Privacy: Sensitive information is never stored on Chatly servers and is only processed through secure providers.
