How to Cancel Subscription

Canceling Your Subscription (Web-Based)
To cancel your subscription through the web version of Chatly, please follow these steps:
Log in to your Chatly account at https://chatlyai.app

One signed In, on the left-hand side menu, click on “Pricing Plans

Select the “Manage Billing” button, this will open your billing and subscription settings.

Select Cancel Subscription, confirm the action to complete the cancellation process.

Confirm Cancellation

Submit the reason of cancellation, so we can understand how we can improve your experience.

Important Information
Access Until End of Term After cancellation, you will retain access to your subscription features until the end of your current billing cycle.
No Further Charges Once the subscription is canceled, no additional payments will be charged to your account.
Reactivation If you change your mind, you can reactivate your subscription at any time by selecting a plan from the Pricing Plans page.
If you have upgraded or downgraded your account with option, 'Swap at the end of billing cycle' option then, 'Cancel Subscription' is not shown until updated plan is active. For cancellation in this case, contact [email protected].
Important Note About Mobile Subscriptions
Subscriptions purchased through the mobile app are managed separately from web-based subscriptions. If subscription is purchased via mobile app, it will ve cancelled from there only.
For iOS users: Cancel subscription from App Store, If eligible for a refund, please request it directly from Apple. To request a refund, follow these instructions from the Apple support page.
For Android users: Cancel subscription from Playstore. If eligible for a refund, please request it directly from Google. To request a refund, follow these instructions from Google's support page.
