# How to Cancel Subscription?
If you're looking for how to cancel your Chatly AI subscription, you're in the right page. Whether you're no longer using the service or simply want to pause your membership, this article will guide you through the steps to cancel your subscription quickly and easily.
#### Canceling Your Subscription (Web-Based)
To cancel your subscription through the web version of Chatly, please follow these steps:
* **Log in** to your Chatly account at [https://chatlyai.app](https://chatlyai.app/)
* Once signed in, open the profile menu in the bottom-left corner and click "**Settings**"
* This will open your settings page. Select **Plan & Billing** in the left-hand panel.
* Scroll all the way down, open the **Danger Zone** section and click **Cancel plan**.
* A window opens asking you to confirm. Click **Cancel Subscription**, then follow the remaining steps to finish canceling. To keep your plan, click **Go back**.
### Important Information
* **Access Until End of Term**\
After cancellation, you will retain access to your subscription features until the end of your current billing cycle. The **Danger Zone** shows the date your access continues until.
* **No Further Charges**\
Once the subscription is canceled, no additional payments will be charged to your account.
* **Your Creations Stay**\
Everything you created stays in your workspace after you cancel.
* **Reactivation**\
If you change your mind, you can reactivate your subscription at any time by choosing a plan from **Upgrade** on the **Plan & Billing** page.
* **Workspace Owners Only**\
Only the owner of a workspace can cancel its plan. If you don't see **Cancel plan**, ask your workspace owner.
* **Pending Upgrade or Downgrade**\
If you have a plan change scheduled for the end of your billing cycle, the button shows **Cancel upgrade** or **Cancel downgrade** instead, and clicking it cancels only that scheduled change. For help canceling your plan in this case, contact [**support@chatlyai.app**](mailto:support@chatlyai.app)**.**
* **Subscribed Through the Mobile App**\
If you purchased your plan in the Chatly mobile app, clicking **Cancel plan** asks you to manage your plan in the mobile app instead.
