Why Can’t I See My Subscription? (Apple ID Users)
If you have purchased your Chatly AI subscription through the App Store using your Apple ID (e.g., @icloud.com) but signed up or logged in with a different account (such as Google, email, or another Apple ID), your subscription will not appear.
This happens because Apple subscriptions are directly tied to the Apple ID you used at the time of purchase. If you log in with another account, Chatly cannot automatically match it to your Apple subscription.
How to Fix This
Check which account you purchased with
Go to your iPhone/iPad Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions to confirm which Apple ID has the active Chatly subscription.
If your subscription is listed there, it means you must log in to Chatly using that same Apple ID.
Log in with the correct Apple ID
Open Chatly.
Tap Log out (if you’re currently signed in with a different account).
Choose Sign in with Apple and use the Apple ID that has the active subscription.
Important Notes
Subscriptions cannot be transferred between accounts (e.g., from Apple ID to Google login).
If you want to use Chatly across devices, always log in with the same account you used for the subscription purchase.
