Why Keep Billing Information Updated?
Expired or Invalid Payment Methods Cards eventually expire, and bank account details may change. Updating them promptly prevents declined payments and service interruptions.
Switching Payment Methods You may prefer to use a new credit card, switch to Amazon Pay, Cash App Pay, or set up bank transfers. Keeping this updated ensures smooth recurring billing.
Change of Billing Address If you relocate, updating your billing address keeps invoices accurate and ensures your tax records remain valid.
How to Update Your Billing Information
Access the Dashboard
Log in to your Chatly account.
Navigate to the Manage Subscription section.
Open 'Manage Billing' to view and update billing preferences.
Update Billing Information
Edit your billing address, payment preferences, and account details.
Ensure all fields are accurate before saving.
Add or Change a Payment Method Chatly supports multiple secure payment options:

Once updates are made, select Save (or Add for new payment methods).

If you don’t have an active subscription, you will not be able to update your billing information. In this case, you will need to purchase a subscription plan first. Once you’ve purchased the plan, you’ll be able to update your billing information for your second invoice through the 'Billing & Invoice' section.
First Invoice Billing Address Change
If you are a first-time customer, you will have the option to add your billing address during the checkout process.
